Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open Talentify and go to your Profile.
- Tap Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account enters a short grace period, then is permanently deleted.
During the grace period you can cancel by logging back in. After it ends, deletion is permanent.
Option 2 — By email
Email dpo@talentifyapp.com from the address linked to your account (or include your username). We verify your identity and delete the account within the timeframe required by law.
What is deleted
- Your profile and account info (username, email/phone, bio, photo)
- Your videos, stories, comments, likes, and messages
- Your interaction history and the taste profile that personalizes your feed
- Your Coin balance and gift history (Coins are forfeited on deletion and have no monetary value)
What may be retained
- Backups — removed on routine backup rotation.
- Moderation records — kept to handle appeals, stop banned users returning, and meet legal duties.
- Legally required records — kept only for the required period, then deleted.
- Content reshared by others before deletion may remain, per our Terms.
